Fine rural views with breakfast delivered.

Such wonderful stay for 2 nights, nothing too much trouble. Spacious room with an amazing bathroom and a refrigerator, an electric kettle and central heating. Free parking on site provided. Everything perfect.

The breakfasts is delicious with a lot of food.

This is a hotel go-to for Filey! Everything is perfect, I greatly enjoyed spotless room and perfect location. The breakfast is absolutely superb with plenty of food.

Just spent 3 nights in the Beautiful Suite and it was fab! The views across the fields are just fine, and Mark and Tina. Breakfast was a highlight, but the outdoor dining area could use some love. Still, it's a great spot for a chill getaway. Def coming back!

Spacious and comfortable suites with excellent shower facilities. The breakfast was high-quality, and the private delivery to the room was a nice touch.

The outdoor seating left something to be desired. It was in rough condition with no usable parasol and scattered boxes of new furniture for days. I also noted that some areas, like the garden, could use a decent cleanup, and there were visible marks on most door handles that hinted at a need for more thorough cleaning. I experienced disturbances from lawnmowers early in the morning, which interrupted the otherwise peaceful vibe.

Just spent 2 nights in the Standard Suite and it was so comfy! The bed and pillows were amazing, giving me the best night's sleep. Plus, the space was really nice to chill in, and having breakfast delivered to the suite was such a treat. I will definitely remember how cozy everything felt!

Outdoor area needed attention.

Lawnmowers at 6:15 AM disrupted sleep!!! Breakfast trays often left uncleaned outside for hours!!! Lack of outdoor space for enjoyment detracted from the stay!!! Poor communication on cleaning schedules created confusion!!!

Our stay was fantastic with a super-private atmosphere and breakfast delivered to our suite. I particularly loved the well-planned decor and cleanliness, though the outdoor seating needed attention. We'll definitely return!
